We rely on the HACCP concept (= Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point) for internal production standards. It is used for risk analysis and ensures that our products meet the high requirements of food purity and safety at all times. We have maintained corresponding certifications, such as the IFS Food 6.1 standard at a higher level, for many years. Since people are an important key to high quality, we offer our employees regular training and ensure that their level of knowledge corresponds to changing work requirements as well as new production processes.
