Novoprot GmbH is a traditional company with regional roots and more than 100 employees in southeast Bavaria. The former ROVITA - founded in Wiesmühl in 1957 as a potato flaking company - has been part of our company since 2018. The location got notoriety through the production of roller-dried caseinates, the manufacture of lactose and other dry milk substances.

In order to maintain and expand our competitive advantage in the long run, Novoprot has developed into an innovative specialty producer in recent years. In addition to milk, we process a wide variety of animal and vegetable raw materials and now use fermentative processes, for example, to be able to offer solutions for taste and technology.

Novoprot GmbH is represented worldwide and takes care of international customers in the areas of meat and baked goods, convenience products, dairy products, sports nutrition and pet food. The company is certified according to the GFSI standard IFS Food 6.1 and the energy standard ISO 50001.

Focus Ingredients GmbH, which was founded within our company network in 2010, deals with the development and sales of raw materials, flavoring and stabilization systems for the pet food industry. A particular focus is on hydrocolloids and proteins for texture and taste.
